1969 Charger R/T SE

I purchased this 1969 Dodge Charger R/T SE in October of 2000. At first, I was looking to buy a Dodge Dart like I had in high school ā€” a 1968 Dart 270 or a 1969 Dart GTS 340 convertible. After looking at a few Darts in the area my wife saw an ad for a 1969 Charger R/T and showed it to me. It sounded interesting so I called the number. Turns out I had worked with the owner for a year and a half at a car dealership. Checked it out the next day, made an offer and next thing you know I was driving it home..

The Charger is equipped with the SE (Special Edition) Package, power windows, air conditioning, power drum brakes, power steering and front center cushion with fold-down armrest.

Odometer shows 11,000 miles which people think is correct due to its condition but itā€™s actually 111,000 miles. It came from the Austin, Texas area and was restored in the early to mid-90’s.
